1. Payment Liability

Green India shall not be held responsible for any failure, delay, or error in payment processing arising from banks, payment gateways, or technical issues.

2. Nature of Contribution

All payments made shall be treated strictly as voluntary donations or crowdfunding contributions, and not as fees for services.

3. Refund Policy

All contributions are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, non-participation, or unforeseen events.

4. Dispute & Legal Jurisdiction

Participants agree that no third-party audit, arbitration, or legal/judicial proceedings shall be initiated or entertained against Green India in relation to these contributions or activities.

5. Event Management Rights

All decisions regarding the date, time, venue, and conduct of the event/program shall rest solely and exclusively with Green India, and are subject to change without prior notice.

Participant Declaration

"I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to abide by all the above Terms and Conditions. I acknowledge that my participation is at my own discretion and subject to the rules set forth by Green India."
